INTRODUCTION:

Our company is engaged in the manufacture, import and distribution of Mexican food.

Right from the start, and due to the lack of this type of cuisine in the Canary market, we decided to set up our industry, which manufactures products on a daily basis, based on standards regarding quality and variety that are unique in the international market.

We have been innovating since we started out in 1995 and are still doing so today, to offer our customers the best and most varied Mexican cuisine. We believe in and commit ourselves to our project and to quality, and each day we continue to research and develop new products with highly competitive prices, with a meticulous and punctual service. Proof of this is how well the hotel community of the Canary Islands has accepted us. Our customers now include a large number of the most prestigious firms of the sector, having contracts with many of them, which have been renewed on several occasions. This leads us to believe that we give them the service they deserve.

Based on our desire to improve our customer service and attention, we have extended our facilities and we now believe that we have sufficient capacity to reach any point of the Canary geography with the same quality and good service as in Tenerife, which is why we are sending you our offer. This includes an added value, personal advice and training; if you are not familiar with the Mexican cuisine (Tex-Mex), we will help make your buffet satisfy the visiting tourists.

We know that we are the only ones in our sector that work solely and exclusively with Mexican cuisine, and this puts us in a privileged position, compared with other companies that offer Mexican food in addition to the rest of their product catalogue, the majority of which are not aware of the use that can be given to each product. Our catalogue is, in short, just right, neither too much nor too little. We know this because we have agreements with several hotels to give trial products that we gradually adapt to the tourist’s taste and once they have been accepted, we introduce them into our production line. This guarantees a high success percentage when marketing our products.
